Plan A Ball On A Budget: Cheap Party Plans
In this economy not many folks have the money to throw a party, unless they plan a ball on a budget with cheap party plans and all can be organized on a strict budget, costing the host very little in money. Your party can still be the talk of the town if you organize and plan correctly.
Invitations are expensive but when they are made on the computer they hardly cost anything at all. Avoid sending them in the mail and try to hand deliver them all.
There are many different themes that are fun and will not cost a lot of money to plan. Most cities have true dollar stores where everything in the store is a dollar. These stores carry a host of party supplies that are attractive and will not cost a lot of money.
Try to purchase your food items, gifts, and decorations in bulk. It is always much less expensive buying in bulk.
A fun theme could be hosting a health and wellness party. Everyone invited is instructed to bring a healthy passing dish. The host can supply the non alcoholic healthy drinks and healthy appetizers or healthy dessert options. Since the party’s theme is health and fitness, games could be geared around the theme.
Another fun party to do is to plan a progressive dinner, such as all invited guests start at house 1 where everyone indulges in appetizers. When everyone is done, guests drive to house 2 where the hosts offer salads. When guests are all done they proceed onto house 3 where they may be offered a couple different kinds of soup. You can set up as many homes as you want with any number of dinner items, before ending at the host-s home to enjoy dessert and or games and gifts.
